Requirements:
- Mechanical-Electrical-Design-Aeronautic Engineer, Master degree or/and doctorate degree;
- English: Advanced level;
- Around ten years designing and testing wind turbines, Managing design groups, Experience in design platforms (Technological institutes, Universities, Chinese wind manufacturers brand);
- Good communication skills. Expertise managing design teams, command in project management;
- Experience and knowledge about the Chinese design rules, norms etc.;
- Good knowledge about the wind turbines design environment in China ( Suppliers, Official institutions, regulations, technical partners);
- Command of design tools;
